kid would be a huge get. Trying not to get my hopes us on this one though. Would be a hell of a backfield. This kid along with our other backs and RDA moving between RB and Slot.

Listed us in a top 3 of interest. Also listed Oregon State and Nebraska. The coach that initially recruited him to Wisconsin is now at Oregon State.

Usually I would say I really like our chances in this scenario if UT, Nebraska, and Oregon State is truly his top 3. I'm not sure what those two schools running back situation looks like, but Hurd and Karmara could potentially scare off any RB prospects that expect to play right away.

It would be a scary situation going into a program with two former 5 star RB's ahead of you on the depth chart. At the same time, any player worth having isn't worried or scared off by depth and a little good ole fashioned competition. We do have to admit a lot of these highly sought after prospects expect to come in and get major playing time right away, and with two studs ahead of you at any particular one program, they could choose to go elsewhere where their path to becoming the #1 RB is a little easier.

I don't see this happening. He's never been to any of his top three, and since he's deciding by Sunday, my money is on him reuniting with his would've been coach at Oregon state.

From what im hearing the interest is high on both sides. One thing thats aiding us is the fact we only took 2 in 2015 and so far none in this class.

IMO, if he enrolls at UT, we might not take a rb for 2016. With 3 freshman, one will redshirt being a defacto 2016 recruit and we will take 2-3 in the 2017 class.

Per 247, former 4* RB Jordan Stevenson was granted a release after signing this past February with Wisconsin. He was unable to get into the school due to grades (I assume). Tennessee is an early leader for him as if right now. Alabama and Michigan are scheduled to speak with him and several others already have. Nebraska and Oregon St are also early leaders. He says he wants to play in a spread offense as well. We could definitely use him

Teams line up for Stevenson
