This may have been the stupidest move I’ve seen an individual school make toward the NCAA. It was like the proverbial train wreck and one couldn’t look away. I hope for Memphis sake the penalty isn’t crushing but whatever happens they deserve it. The AD and the lawyer both should be fired though. Probably an investigation into Jim Kyle the judge too.

Jim Kyle is one of those people who thinks he is smarter than everyone else but most of the time he has no idea what he is talking about. His decision in this matter was solely based on pandering to his voters so he would get re-elected. He thought it was a great idea but as usual his great ideas backfired on him and it is taking Memphis down with him.
