Who do we have next season, that can break a tight full court press, without passing. I don't see any returning guards, that can dribble past a top notch guard, with quick hands.

Golden looks to be a good ball handler and passer in transition, and we have Jones coming in he should be able to do the job.

Goins can't run an offense, but teams with quick talented on ball defenders, will smother golden, IMO, that will be our biggest prob next yr. I don't see a floor general now, but atleast he can get the ball up the floor. Looking ahead to next season, as much as I dislike a goins run offense, is going to be ugly.

Your comma usage is very strange.

gotta chill out on golden...He is a freshman, and VERY few of them come straight out of highschool ready to be impact players at the college level.

It feels as if ya'll hyped Golden just as much as you are presently hyping Jones. Hopefully you allow these freshman to mature abit more than freaking out on them in the middle of their first collegiate season.

Yeah, it looks like we'll have a very limited inside game. That worked while we had Lofton and J. Smith shooting from the outside. It's hard to sign a big man with Bruce Pearl serving a one-year suspension from off-campus recruiting.

That and the fact that Bruce Pearl is likely to not be here next year.

I just don't understand the numbers; with everyone leaving and only two commits to replace them, are we taking some more JUCOs or what?

Right. Without one, they will need to be able and shoot lights out.

We're a poor shooting team and B Williams is tremendous on the offensive glass. Without him we're not good.

Were struggling with Williams and goins. Imagine what the team is like next yr without them. Both players bring something that will be hard to replace.

PG is the least of our worries next year. We have 0 "proven" players in the post and unless we sign one soon we will be in big trouble next year. I don't really like our PG position either but Golden seems to atleast handle the ball well enough and we have another one in Jones coming in so we will see but as of now, our biggest problem to me would be PF or C.

Chris Jones is in another stratosphere offensively than Goins. Assuming he does not have problems getting into school, he will make people forget about Goins very quickly.

I am not trying to say our post game will be good next year. But Tobias Harris gives us one proven post player.
