6 out of the top 8 recruits in the state are UT commitments......... UT has not encircled the state kids like this in a long time.

Long time=possibly ever. Fulmer wasn't fond of giving scholarships away to instate guys. Can't blame him considering in the 90s georgia and florida were producing like a puppy mill while TN wasn't.

What would the penalty be if we took, oh say, 38 committs?
