I don't really see a clear path favorite in both the Spokane and Greensboro region. the match ups will be tough and anything can happen.

The Lady Vols better come to play regardless. We have some tough matchups. If we get to the Sweet 16 and Oregon State advances, that will be a tough matchup, hopefully we have learned from those two losses to South Carolina. South Carolina is the best team to prepare Tennessee for Oregon State. People keep talking about Maryland, but Maryland is a very good team. Brenda Freese is a great motivator and believe me she will have her team ready to play. We will go as far as our Seniors lead us. We have to Massengale and Graves show up every game to make a deep run!

Massengale will need to make 3s if we want to make a serious run. She, like the likable Simmons before her, has never been very good when the lights are bright. She can't have any more dud performances as we saw in the sec final.

I feel if we're counting on Mass we're in trouble. I think we need Carter, Burdick and Reynolds to make some threes.

Relying on Massengale to provide scoring is a more likely scenario than having Jordan and Andraya all of a sudden become consistent scorers.

Truthfully, against the better teams (Oregon St and Maryland), they need all five players one the court to step up. Even if Ariel is scoring, they won't win unless the other two guards are producing as well.

That, and Cierra/Bashaara absolutely cannot get in foul trouble...especially Bashaara.

Usually I do no agree with Geno, but as he said if you are in fear of a team why play the game? You are defeated before you play and willing to accept 2nd best. We might get beat but they should get our very best if not more.

I would rather have a very good chance to make the Final 4 than get knocked out in the Elite 8 by UConn.

Win and go forward no matter who they play. One game at a time. Although fans look ahead the team does not at this time.

I will say this if Tennessee get to play the Mocs, it will be a tough game. I am not counting my eggs before they hatch because both Tennessee and the Mocs have to win to play each other. I believe that this game, if it happens, will define a lot about the Tennessee program. It could give the Mocs a leg up in the State of Tennessee. I agree with Holly, we got to take one game at a time. Tennessee has a good chance to make it to the final four, but all players must be all in and keep their heads up even when everything is not going well.

What Geno said was pretty much a no-brainer. Not much philosophy required there.

Boise St. won the Mountain West Conference as the #4 seed. Colorado St. was #1 in the MWC.

Not very impressive schedule; no real impressive wins aside from that conf. championship.

They have a 6-4 post and a couple of 6-3 players. Coached by Gordy Presnell.

Against us they will probably be lights out.

Best bracket for a good run. LV should be extra motivated for a revenge match with the Lady Mocs and Maryland. If our seniors play well, I like our chances for Tampa. Take care of business with BSU, and we'll have momentum behind us.
