When you've had the same moral victories for years, it doesn't really fit the definition of "improvement." You may want to look that word up, actually.

…besides, I wasn't even talking about what happened today. They have already won a couple of games this year that they would have easily lost last year. That is improvement.

Doesnt matter remember? Just trying to make a point. I doubt Arky fans are calling for their OC fired. Our fan base has been whining since last year about the OC and "moral victories".

Besides its not like BB walked into a dumpster fire.

Yeah but Arkansas has the biggest O-line in football. College and the NFL. And their OC is Jim Chaney. Guess the Arky fans want him gone too.

No I'm saying it would be ridiculous for them to complain right? But apparently everyone is praising BB for what he's done... this Arky program was 1 year removed from being a good team. UT was 4.

Sorry, but the UF team that played on Shields-Watkins Field last Saturday was the worst UF team UT has played in over 40 years. You can't spin it. They tried everything in their power to give UT the game and we wouldn't take it.

Who would win if we played Arkansas next week?

No it's not. They are 0-15 in SEC since he took over. Morale victories suck! He should get 4 years just like CBJ. If improvement in wins is not happening each year then you ass should be canned!

Maybe after the season is over Bret and Lyle can petition the NCAA to play in the moral victory bowl. They can call it the Process Bowl sponsored by General Shall Brick.

Arkansas had Petrino who was a great recruiter. Didn't leave the cupboard bare for the idiot after him. He was just a terrible coach. So basically Bielema had to control the damage for one season and was set to go after that. Not even close to our situation.

They won 3 gms last year and have lost 15 straight SEC gms. They were 4-8 in 2012, they year before Bielema got there. Kinda seems like they qualify for dumpster fire status to me.

Maybe we'll play Bama to within 1 point too. If we do, I'll change my mind. But so far, just watching them play, they pass the eye test to me. I think he's got them headed in the right direction at a quicker pace than Jones does UT right now. Jmo.

the only reason Arky lost was their QB was running around in the 4th quarter doing his best freak out Peterman impression and throwing it everywhere and out of bounds except to the open WRs.....

UT was pushed further back than Arky. BB didn't inherit what BJ did. He's not playing a gazillion freshmen (to my knowledge) or a brand new OL.
I woulf pick Arkansas at the moment in a close game. But its not the point I was making.
I'm saying its absurd for them to whine about Chaney and them.making so many mistakes and wanting him fired.

Arkansas was also 10-2 3 seasons ago and had Petrino not been stupid would still be one of the top teams in the west.

When was the last time UT had enough talent on their roster to finish 10-2.
