woolridge out

Being the 11th man on that roster should make Woolridge explore his options. For example, never playing basketball again would be a thought.

Pearl talked about redshirting him. There was a quote from him where he said "I don't want to waste another year of his elligability of him getting 6 or 7 minutes". So there is a good chance you will not see him play past whatever the limit is for redshirt.

If you can't beat out basically 2 walkons, a project at center, 2 JUCOs, and a freshman, then odds are you probably won't ever play a significant role.

I don't want to hear that odd man out crap. If there were 10 John Walls on a team and that 11th man was another John Wall there would be room made for him. Renaldo Woolridge basically got beat out by a walkon here. Instead of calling him the "odd man out" let's just call him "odd".

Since he got beat out by Pearl Jr, who had no scholarship offers, does this mean Woolridge is the worst player in America?

I didn't know that. I better go cheer for someone else like Vanderbilt where I can be thrilled and love mediocrity.

I think it has part to do with his wrist injury, part to do with himself, and part to do with how deep we are. Pearl said yesterday that Woolridge was competing with S. Pearl for the 4 spot behind Wayne and Tyler :ermm:

That is completely embarrassing. If you're a four star coming out of high school and you're behind 6 foot stephen pearl in the rotation for your position, and odd man out in a 10 man rotation, you seriously need to reconsider your career choice. Pearl has always been given certain advantages over the other bench players because he's the coach's son, but geez. Woolridge, pick it up dude.

Sometimes these players need to hear this stuff. Should it go to the extent it does sometimes? No. But saying that a true TN fan would never bash one of their players is retarded. Do yourself a favor and go watch Mike Leach's press conference when he talks about is own players and their "fat little girlfriends." Sometimes criticism is a great motivator and the only way to silence the critics is to pick up your game. Good day to you sir.

He just isn't very good, its plain and simple. Woolridge would much rather do all of that ridiculous rapping than concentrate on the reason he is getting a full ride to this university. He is a waste of talent and a waste of a scholarship.

Would you prefer people lie and say he's a 1st Team All-American waiting to happen?

It's amazing how many idiots think they are the authority on fandom on this site, especially this particular forum.
