Sean sparks Tennessee insider said last night even if they suspend Nico, Tennessee would just trot him out there anyway until the investigation is over or they have an actually case
I don't think he will be suspended because the whole issue will be tied up in courts. However, NCAA has to have some power to determine player eligibilty. Otherwise, Oklahoma could stick it to the NCAA and play Jalen Hurts at QB next year.

The very public stance of these political figures should tell people all they need to know. But, some skulls are very dense...
You got something here. Elected officials don’t get on ships leaking water regardless how popular it is at the time.

Tennessee will take this to the SCOTUS if necessary.

Nico done? Not going to happen in a million years.

The worst case is we will have one or two dumb prospects listening to other school's lies that TN is doomed
The most likely case is nothing will happen
The best case is NCAA will be gone for good

Never thought I'd agree with anything Legend says.

I know most probably think this is a silly thread - but stranger things have happened.

The NCAA could declare him ineligible. The question would then be - does Tennessee ignore that or not? If they ignore it and by some means the NCAA wins the war, Tennessee football is done for a long time.

When I first saw this tread, I thought it was ridiculous! After watching and listening to allot of various sports programs about this all week, I'm not as sure about Nico playing as I was before.
