Worst half of basketball I have ever seen

My son and I were at the game in Gainesville last night and I don't believe I have ever seen a worse effort than the Vols put in during the second half. Can someone please tell me a time Brian Williams has ever played a good game or at least played one without crying the entire game? Why couldn't he have been the one that took the blame for the incident January 1!!!

UT really stunk it up---looks like they didn't even show up, or expected an easy win. Terrible D---Pearl better get it together before the UK game.

2nd half was a disappointment, especially after a decent first half. Poor defense the entire game (and UF's late 3's) did us in. Honestly, I think the D in the paint would've been worse without Williams, but not by much

Yeah I was disappointed with the second half effort as well. The first 15 mins of the game we looked like we could play with anyone. The biggest problem I saw was the turnover bug bit us at halftime.

I didn't see Pearl miss any lay-ups in the second half. I didn't see his man get by him for an easy basket. He has to have them prepared to play. I believe after the first 15 minutes you could see they were prepared.

As Vol fans we should be used to our teams quitting in the 2nd half of games against UF. I know I'm used to it. This team is mediocrity personified. I am past the point of caring.

You must have not seen the Vandy/UT game in Nashville or the UT vs Georgia game for that fact. Just imagine, if you will, an average high school team vs a good college team.

Hat why is his outfit such a big deal, that's the 2nd or 3rd post I've read from you mentioning BP's outfit. WGAF?!?

Our flex offense consists of passing the ball around the perimeter for 26 seconds and then jacking up a hurried shot, I guess you could call that Controlled Chaos?? We need some offensive identity and FAST!

but they closed that gap in a hurry after half. We at least nutted up and were there until the final tick. Last night, we just didn't show up. Sans the 3s of the first half, we lose by historical margin last night.
