how? OSU was an infinitely more talented team and beat us by 18 in the second half. UF blows and beat us by 20 in the second half. Please 'splain.

All I said was Ost 2nd half was worse. Fact.
Not defending their effort or play. But Walker doesn't hit those shots every night, take 2 of those back we lose by 7 in a hostile rivalry road game with a PISS POOR 20 minutes of bball.

That's ridiculous. Do you see Oden or Conley on UF's team? Not to mention, the OSU game came down to a last second shot; this game was a complete blowout in the second half.

Im a HUGE fan but I have no expectations of beating KY. The player that gripes me the most is Chism. He is obviously our best player right now but always commits stupid fouls and gets hurt every game. He very seldom ever finishes a game anymore. I would sit him until he gets completely well. We are not going to beat KY anyway. Go VOLS!

No, it wasn't. If that were the case, it wouldn't have been about quitting in the second half. We would have posted a bunch of second half scores, which nobody gives a rat's ass about.

With all due respect to the OP, I think that the second half of the USCsr game was far worse than their effort against the Gators.

Exactly. Those two games weren't remotely similar and therefore, are not comparable.

let's see.... didn't show up versus florida, @vandy, vandy @TBA, @USC, @uga, @bama, @lsu, first half of WYO, depaul was pretty pathetic...

obviously pearl is a great motivator who gets everything out of his players night in and night out.

His freshman year in December he dominated the Western Kentucky game when Courtney Lee was killing us. He was the only reason we won... I actually thought showed quite a bit of potential back then.

Brian Williams is a 2* player who has made quite a lot of improvement for a kid that did not play high school ball and had to lose 80 pounds to get up and down the court. Will he ever be great, not likely. He does give us a much needed presence in the post.
