Johnny Flynn said that if he hadn't stayed close to home and played at Syracuse he would defintely have come to Tennessee to play for Bruce Pearl

Same #1 Class that missed Lofton? :)

Rondo has turned into a solid NBA player, and no NBA team is giving Lofton a look beyond summer leagues. Yet, Rondo wasn't remotely the contributor Lofton was at the collegiate level. Rondo isn't making Tubby look bad now for taking him over Lofton, but he wasn't near the player he is now when Tubby had him.

Rondo's more than a "solid NBA player" my friend. He was a "solid college player". If you watched the Boston-Cleveland series @ all, you'd have seen Rondo carry them to 3 wins. He's the leader of the team ahead for the Eastern crown. He's above solid.

No he's not. To be above solid, you can't have games like he's had in the last two outings.

Michael Jordan said if he didnt go to North Carolina or was born 25-30 years later he would have went to Tennessee.

You can tell Rondo has worked hard on his game. The knock on him was his shooting and erratic ballhandling. He's still not the greatest shooter but the other part has seemed to work itself out.

Come on, man. He's the most indispensable player on a team that will be going to the finals. He's for sure a top 5 PG.

I doubt Rondo would have turned into near the player he is if he had landed on just about any other NBA team.

I don't understand this. As if he learned how to get to the rim just because he plays for Boston.

That's one of the worst posts I've ever seen you write.
That's quite an accomplishment.

He is essential to the success of his team. He may have become the best PG ever that still really doesn't shoot the ball well.
