Would Newton get your Heisman vote?

For those who would not vote for Cam would you vote to give the second best but "clean" player an award for the best player in CF or simply abstain.

2nd best if I were to do so.

But as of right now cam is still an eligible player and hasn't done anything wrong this season that we for sure know about, so I'd vote for him.

If I got to vote in the Heisman and I still thought it worthy, then yes he would get my vote. I think he is the best player in College ball today. I also hope he moves on. I'd love to see him in a Titan's uniform next year. Something tells me they are going to be looking.

I'd vote for him because he's the best football player in the country.

Once it's proven he knew what his father was up to....a so-called man of the cloth mind you....then the Heisman Trust has every right to take the trophy back or vacate it.

The NCAA has ruled him eligible. Until then, he is innocent until proven guilty. If you don't vote for Newton, then you can't vote for LaMichael James either. There has been zero proof other than one "quoted source" that has not been proven at all. So, yes he gets my vote.

College Football is dirty...I'd vote for Newton because of his on the field performance. In this day in age you never know who's taking money

Can't speak for the others. I simply don't like the kid. He is not someone I would be able to vote for and feel good about it. I know the argument is that voters are voting for the best player, but I enjoy rooting for good players who are also good people. Conversely if he does not have any redeeming qualities I do not enjoy watching/rooting for them. JMO

Agree. I don't by "he didn't know" for a second.
