I'm thinking it was his resume' and work experience, maybe his interview skills, that got him the job.

Sports is a cut throat business. If you want the best you hire the best--Hart is plugged in and learned from a good AD at Alabama. It's just like the coach thing--no one gives 2 s**** that Nick Saban wasn't born and raised in Alabama. They just care that he WINS. If he ever stopped winning it wouldn't matter where he was from he would be out in a heartbeat.

He worked for fsu for a while but got both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from bama. I think his wife did as well. He also was working there when we came calling. I can guarantee his blood is crimson
