Are you blind, or just slow? It's obviously Π-A-Π (Pi-A-Pi). Where do you get TWAT from ΠAΠ? Do you know what Pi is?

(It's supposed to represent Matt, Phil Knight's son, for whom the Arena is named after).

"it spells Matt" just in a very very weird way.

If you click through to an actual photo of the court, there's much less contrast with the colors. I think it looks nice.

I like it and so will recruits. I remember when they started changing uniforms every week and so many "old school" football fans thought they were ugly and tacky. Now they've got one of the top programs in the country and are probably gonna win the NC. I expect the basketball program to be in the same shape in a few years. Most kids don't care about tradition they want to be seen and thiss will get you on TV

Looking at actual(real) photos of the court, it looks pretty good.

Being different/weird works for Oregon.

Too bad they didnt put a bunch of actual trees on the court. It would have looked better and offered the same unfair advantage that boise state gets.

Oregon has a very good football team, but before the this success where were they? Places like Oregon that don't have much old school or tradition has to get these hey look at me uniforms to get kids to come play. It's working for them but established places like UT.... The name speaks for itself. Now I know we have been down but we will be back!! Plus winning gets you on tv

How does that conflict with his point? Oregon football started winning in '94, around the time Phil Knight began funneling money into the program. Shortly after, around the around the turn of the century, they started with the outrageous jerseys and attempts to be obnoxiously different. No, they don't have much tradition, but they're approach seems to have worked out for them.

Mr. Touchy. It's just a joke.

I like that Oregon isn't afraid to be innovative, but that is awful, like most every other design that program thinks up.

Strangely enough, I like it. It's not like a green or yellow court or anything like that, but it's definitely noticeable.
