From McDonough, Georgia, 6'2", 195 pounds.

4.0 GPA, 23 ACT, and Georgia state 110 Hurdles champion

Vols have always been his favorite team, but his interest waned when Taylor and Cutcliffe left. Latrell Scott and Greg Adkins are back on him and Tennessee is back in the thick of things.

Jamal Patterson - Football Recruiting

I'm telling you right now - with Patterson, Randle, and a SLEW of yet to be rated WRs - Marlon Brown is not a necessity, but a luxury at this point.

I'd still take Brown over Patterson though, but one is better than none for sure... you really can't be too picky.

With his size and athleticism, he would be a huge playmaker, and very very hard to stop.

that also could have been the first time he took the test. If he takes it again and makes a 29 then nobody will be talking about it.

improving your ACT score 6 whole points would actually cause me to throw up more red flags.
I thought I did very well on my first ACT attempt, so I never bothered with a second test. Does anyone have testimonials or links (which would be even better) to show what an average improvement is by taking the ACT a second time?

With all the ACT yadda yadda aside, I would love to have this kid. It wouldn't bother me if Marlon Brown didn't come as long as we get this guy or Kelly.

Randle will be a LSU Tiger

guy goes to school in Henry county, down by Stockbridge, schools are extremely easy south of ATL, hope this kid is a Vol

That's kinda what I was thinking, too. I did really well the first time I took it, but decided to take it again anyways (because I really didn't prepare at all the first time), and actually did one point worse the second time when I prepared more. It's not really a test you can study for and it make a huge difference in your score.

I'm in the same boat as you, though, after preparing more the second time, I did 2 points better.

I see you finally ended up moving here to Dayton, how are you liking it so far?
