Looks like Tennessee is turning into WR U ( also DL U ) again, but what do we do with them all?

On the team:

G. Jones ( JR )
D. Moore ( JR )
B. Warren ( JR )
M. Teague ( FR )
N. Richardson ( FR )
Z. Rogers ( FR )

Commited as of now:

M. Ambles 4*
M. Milton 4*
T. Meline 4*
D. Cobbs 4*

Who gets moved to Defense? Does anyone get redshirted? & who will be in the rotation next year?

If we had them all this year, maybe we could play them all at once so surely Crompton could complete a pass to one of them.

Milton may have a good chance at redshirting in IMO. I don't know about the rest.

We bench Warren and Moore unless they start producing, we might move Meline to defense right off the bat, and when we have a capable QB we throw for 300 yards.

Also throw the practice superstar Gerald Jones to the bench if he doesn't produce. I'm tired of these guys that are just practice superstars but never make big plays in the big games.

I will say this about Jones though. He had a touchdown Saturday if Crompton had not thrown it 5 yards over his head. He was is full stride and would have scored if Crompton would have gotten him the ball.

Nuke doesnt seem like hes going to have a large roll in the offense. Hes going to be more of a change up guy and probably return man. I see him getting maybe 15 plays on avg at WR.

Next season the bulk will probably go to Moore / Teague / Ambles / Warren. Meline could easily get moved to defense since he is open to it. I think Jones ends up a casualty in all of this. He is not explosive, never was fast and has ok hands.

Cobbs and Milton could end up being red shirts but who knows how they show up.

All that matters is there is a TON of competition now and its either going to be put up or shut up because this staff is not like the old, they will play the best period.

I think Nuke will get more PT later on. He is too explosive.

Got to get the QB to get it to all of these guys.

Tyler Bray is hopefully that guy

Tyler Bray has to be doing cartwheels over the WR's He is going to have here!...I sure would be!

Maybe?

I bet Tyler is more concerned about what happens with the OL, after seeing the debacle upfront on Saturday. Matters not who is at QB if we can't protect and open running lanes on a consistent basis.

I love the skill players committing, but we need "Red Alert" help in the trenches.

For some reason i dont feel like we are complete at receiver. I want one of those guys that you know is going to come up big every weekend. It just doesnt seem like we have a guy that will be a big playmaker every game no matter what.

You may be underestimating Ambles. He's going to be a stud.

i guess its just his numbers. He doesnt really have great size or speed. i like burners and i like guys with height.. hes just kind of in the middle for both.

he better feel like it every saturday.

He will our he'll find the bench. I'm also very high on Milton. I think he'll surprise a few people. Especially if he enrolls early. With the weight he'll put on I doubt that he'll have to redshirt this upcoming year.
