Ok, let's take it a step further. Why is Jancek an epic fail? Honest question. Next, I know that Martinez was a disaster as UGAs def coord, but he's just a position coach here and he is by all accounts a very good recruiter. In all seriousness and honesty, curious about your thoughts on WHY they are such bad hires.
And didn't the dawgs have some good seasons and win the east at least once while those guys were there? I'd say this comes under the same category as those that would say that Fulmer was a complete failure due to a couple of bad seasons...while ignoring a body of work that put him in the HOF. Please, please let them actually fail *here* before branding them failures *here*. Especially in the off chance that a couple of decent years at UGA and a couple more at Cincy weren't a fluke...but the bad UGA years were.
Never try to reason with people suffering from failure on the brain...progress on the field and some significant wins tend to make them go silent...and back to their bunker to determine how the CIA gave Hugo Chavez cancer.

Haha, well said Butchna. Last line was gold. Why do I sometimes think there's a direct correlation between ones political philosophy and ones % of negative posts/negative outlook on VN. Could just be me, probably couldn't prove it.
Reason vs emotion. There are definite political biases based on whether one is more of a thinker or feeler. Men disproportionately lean right, women left. Men are more rational, women more emotional. Obviously these are generalizations, but based on clearly established patterns. Both have advantages, and both have weaknesses. We need both.
That said, the tendency of the more emotional among us (of either gender) to constantly assume the worst based on fear, is oh so very tiring. All of their fears may prove to be true...and yet...may not. As a rational person, I choose to expect the best until it has been proven otherwise, and even then, I am constantly looking for positive alternatives.
I think it is that Snow White was a fairly big deal when I was a kid, and that takes me back to an era. Which when combined with the bike and legs...leaves me very conflicted. Back in the day, my mom had very dark hair about shoulder length, and very fair skin...much like Snow White. I don't guess I ever really made the connection at the time, but the two got linked in my young mind. So yeah...conflicted is a great description.
So...whaddaya ride? I had a sporty and a electra glide classic, although my current ride has four wheels and about 450HP...

Agree with you on the brain failure comment. However, never underestimate the ability of the CIA, KBG, or Mossad. They've actually pulled off cancer stunts before. The Alexander Litvinenko and Arafat are the only two such incidents that have at least medical evidence of such clandestine acts. The CIA hasn't yet been caught flatfooted in that area though there's documentary evidence they did introduce LSD laden bread into the French town of Pont-Saint-Esprit and efforts to poison Castro.
