Holy ****. I'm finally watching the Bayley/Banks match and Banks' heeling might be the greatest I've ever seen. Like, the absolute guts to pull that **** off was just awesome.

I saw somebody say that was pre-planned with Izzy, but her dad says it wasn't and I don't think it was. She would have to be the greatest 11 year old actress I've ever seen to pull off waterworks on the spot like that.

I thought about that, cause I felt super bad for Izzy and almost posted something on here about that. I figured Sasha said something to her about how she's going to be mean to her during the match, but didn't necessarily say how. That would give the element of surprise, and that she did it right after hurting Bayley would definitely make Izzy's waterworks still come out

Definitely took guts to do something like that. Reminds me of the stuff Million Dollar Man used to pull, like the kid with the basketball. Or Owen Hart when he took Bret's sunglasses from the kid, but that stuff was planned I think. The other thing that makes me think it was at least a semi-shoot was Sasha apologizing after the show and giving Izzy her flowers, which it seems turns out to be true:

Kudos to Sasha tho. She actually got people in Full Sail to boo her.

Sasha breaking down at the end of the show gave me all the feels. God I love wrestling.

There is no doubt in my mind that was clear without specifics. And even if it was planned, an 11 year old girl is still going to get lost in the moment. At the very least, the parents didn't look terribly upset or pissed so I'm sure it was okay. It was still ****ing awesome though.

like you can't watch Izzy sobbing after Sasha taunts her and not feel so awful for that little girl

Watched Takeover last night. Wow. Outstanding show, top to bottom. I really hope that the NXT "style" does in fact start to take over the WWE. Fans will love it and the company will make money hand over fist.

He has a monopoly on the market without having to actually have a monopoly on the market and yet he has managed to find ways to hemorrhage money with better athletes than wrestling has ever had.

I'd make a sports comparison, but this is Volnation. We have a built in sports comparison.

Its so obvious the main roster will be so much better undee HHH's rule. Vince needs to retire.

It's incredible how much better the minor league product is.

The best part is that Vince only watches NXT like 20% of the time.

All wrestlers should have off-seasons, for their well-being and for the fans. It's a "sport" that can be as physically demanding as any other, yet the others have off-seasons.

There has never been one wrestler that I want to see twelve months out of the year, every year. Also surprise returns are some of the most exciting moments in wrestling.
