Reminds me of the Jim Confine the story of when WWF had him researching Kevin Nash's moves to coach the fake Diesel. After a couple of hours he realized "this guy seriously got over using a punch, an elbow, a boot and a Powerbomb."

How many more moves does Roman really need? I could see 1 or 2 more, but he doesn't need a vast array of moves.
It seems like most people who have been in WWE since the mid-90s that have a very limited move set also have only won top championship belts a limited amount of times. The Kane character, 19 years in WWE, has won 3 top level belts (one of which was the ECW belt). Big Show has 5 (1 ECW). Mark Henry has 2 (1 ECW). Khali has 1.
Roman has won as many heavyweight championships as Kane.
I just think some let their hatred cloud their judgement. He and KO was a very good match last night, and his work in the Rumble was good, also. His skill set hasn't changed from 3 years ago when was (maybe) the most over character on the entire roster.
This is why we all want Aj vs Nakamura soon, because both are legitimately better than they were when they fought at Wrestle Kingdom, and that was one of the best matches ever.
It's the most basic reason for why I don't want him to succeed. The next step is them forcing him down our throats. But if he had a huge move set that makes you go "whoa...he's able to beat you 20 different ways (a la KO)" I'd be cool with it. Every match would be fresh and different. Instead, every match is identical. It's only a matter of time until he's grabbing the ropes and lunging back and forth and oohaahing.
