WWE Thread III

I have a question. If fans don't like Roman because he is being forced down people's throat, then why are people not mad that Balor gets the same treatment in his first month on Raw?

because Balor doesn't have the cookie cutter look
and also because Balor is good at everything he does
and also also because Balor didn't get pushed because of clear-cut nepotism
and also also also because Balor was universally cheered on WWE television as he worked his way up from newcomer on NXT to NXT champ

I don't know. Maybe it was because it was so unexpected with Finn. During the Shield run it was painfully obvious that Roman was the chosen guy. Maybe after the fans begrudgingly had to accept "super" Cena as the top guy for ten years, they don't want to be told who to like anymore. Maybe it's the fact that a guy they've obviously voiced their negative opinion on is about to retire a legend most have enjoyed watching since their childhoods.

Also Balor paid his dues before getting to the WWE.

If this is Undertaker's final match, couldn't they have put him with an A+ worker so he can go out with a good match?
