These coaches are capable of surprising us all. Everyone seems to already think that Gruden means instant success and that Strong means instant failure.

People can surprise us all sometimes. What did Michigan State think of the small hire they had in Saban? Instant failure? Bad recruiting?

I'm not talking about Saban hires in particular. It could be anyone.. Butch Jones for example.

Smart has been Harts man all along. He had to get Gruden out of the way because public opinion and boosters favored him. I realize we can find a good hire, but Kirby Smart is not one! I have had enough of Sabans assistants. Train them elsewhere

Strong has his team @ 10-2 and in a BCS Bowl. Looking good.
