Well said sir. I am done with spending money on new apparel every year, driving 300 miles 5 games a year, DONE. I will not support an institute bent on just trying to be competitive. There is no excuse with our resources and prestige to not be using those to be the best and win NC every year. We have been given the keys to pandoras box and throwing them away over assistants salary?? If you think for one second Arkansas or Auburn, hell Kentucky were presented with the same situation, they would have a blank check. Gruden= power and money

Cry? Nope, I'm right at the point of completely not caring after 35 years as a fan. I would still hope for UT's success but UT will get not one single cent from me or any other member of my family until they show a commitment to winning.

If he hires Smart then he won't be around long enough to see how e turns out as a coach. I'd hope the powers that be above him would fire him before even had the chance to offer Smart the contract. If some how does manage to hire him and keep his job then they mine as well change the schools name to Northern Alabama U.
