Ynet (Israel news agency) says Adolph Hitler listened to Jewish, Russian music

Adolph Hitler. Did he hate Jews or didn't he? That my good fellows is the question.

Hitler listened to Jewish, Russian composers

Hitler's newly uncovered music collection shows he listened to Jewish and Russian composers

Published: 8.07.07, 12:28 / Israel Jewish Scene

Adolf Hitler listened to Jewish and Russian composers branded "subhuman" by the Nazis, a newly unearthed record collection revealed.

The most surprising find was a Tchaikovsky violin concerto featuring violinist Bronislaw Huberman, a Polish Jew who fled Vienna in 1937 and was declared an enemy of the Third Reich.

Music by Tchaikovsky, Borodin and Rachmaninoff were also found in Hitler's records collection.

The collection was discovered by Lev Bezymensky, a Jewish officer in the Soviet intelligence, who had been ordered to search the Nazi Chancellery after Berlin fell to the allies in 1945.

Bezymensky, took the records back to Moscow where he kept them secret. His daughter decided to open them after his death last month at age 86.

Hitler despised Jewish music as much as he did the Jewish race, writing in Mein Kampf that Jewish art "never existed."

I think Volitics and Volunteer Kirby are channeling Alex Jones and Pat Buchanan.

so what if Hitler listened to Jewish music? It doesn't changed the fact that the blood of over 6 million Jews are on his hands.

Two distinct posts in one day focusing on Israel/Jews makes me wonder where you are going...

Like they said - conspiracy theories.

Embarrassing or risky as the subject may be the general public needs to become more aware of Israel/Jews when you have got a U.S. government that:

1). used the attacks of 911 as a pretext to attack, invade, and occupy the country of Iraq when they had nothing to do with the attacks and posed no threat to us.

2). won't release the video from the Va. Dept. of Transportation or the convenience mart across the highway of the craft (projectile) that hit the Pentagon.

3). just made a $35 BILLION commitment to a country who:

-- a). is known to run "false flag" attacks (i.e. the USS Liberty) on us and who is constantly waging war on its neighbors and willing to commit genocide against the Palestinian people.

-- b). uses an event that happened 65 years ago as a tool to elicit sympathy and vast amounts of taxpayer money from the American people when the chief Jew hater (from their own news service) may not have hated Jews as badly as portrayed.

In light of the above for the American people to look the other way would be irresponsible or worse.

Discussing conspiracy theories huh?

In the course of 3 posts you managed to take Israel to task for a slave trade using a 10 year old questionable reference; imply an undue Jewish influence on the plans to invade Iraq; a nutjob theory about whether a plane really did all the damage at the Pentagon; accuse the Israelis of milking genocide; and twice brought up a rather sickening rhetorical question about whether killing 6 million Jews qualifies Hitler as a "Jew hater".

Maybe you are just putting conspiracy theories out there, but the pattern looks a little suspicious.

Forgive some of us if we sense a pattern.

This is a political forum. The topic of Israel is a highly political topic and in my opinion perfectly appropriate for a political forum.

Certainly I will respect a legitimate opinion but I won't tolerate name calling.

If what you want to do is call posters names then maybe you had just better leave and don't come back.

Umm.....3b is ridiculous. Regardless of whether or not he listened to music by Jewish people, that doesn't change what happened. Israel doesn't "elicit sympathy" or as you might say ask people to feel sorry for them because Hitler didn't listen to their music or because he wasn't their "best buddy".

Puhleeeze . . . Don't come in here with obviously extreme views and then get an attack of holier than thou indignation when somebody challenges you on it.

I didn't call you one single name, I simply labeled your argument with what IMO are appropriate modifiers. I can't offer any rebuttal for your arguments because honestly I don't know where to go next when you ask whether Hitler listening to Jewish music proves that he may not have held much contempt for the race that he tried to exterminate.

Since I can no longer see my signature I assume that I have been "Tachy-goes-to-Coventried". I am familiar with this software. The mods know what I am talking about.

Considering the Nazi-like viciousness of the attacks from the mods I assume that this message board is run by a major media outlet and cannot afford to criticize Israel - since the owner or primary stockholder of your media outlet is probably a Zionist.

No idea what you're talking about with your sig. If anybody changed it, it wasn't me. I do have to give you credit though. This is without a doubt the strangest thing I've ever been accused of as a Mod . . . :eek:k:

Who viciously attacked you? The attack you refer to is as delusional as your post.

In fact, given the absurdity of your post and the only slightly veiled bigotry therein, everyone here has been remarkably genteel in their responses. I don't think anyone cares who runs the media outlets. The main focus has been that you're to some degree out in left field because you can't back any of your outlandish claims or your information came from an article over 10 years old.

If you want sympathy for your cause, Jimmy Carter probably has a message board that totally disregards objectivity toward the Middle East. There, you will likely find a group itching to call the Israelis the root cause of all issues on earth. Tell them your story about Hitler's musical preferences. If someone named Ahmadinejad responds, you'll know your in the right spot.

And I guess from the Palestinian perspective the whole 50 year argument of "we had this first" is better? Both sides of this conflict have blood on their hands, both have 'legitimacy' as historical fact, etc., etc. etc. Neither side can claim to be the complete victim. The sad part of it all is politicians on both sides exploit the issue for elections, money, etc.
