PI - spot foul if over 15 yards and reviewable last 5 minutes of the game

Targeting - must be VIOLENT helmet contact on defensless player and applies only to a player receiving the ball or a quarterback.

Injury - if player goes down, cannot return until after opposing teams offensive possession is over.

Hands to the face - scrap that unless face mask is tugged.

I don’t like that players can transfer more than once in their careers. There should be a limit. JT Daniels just transferred to his 4th school. Roster management for coaches has to be a nightmare.
IMO, they should be allowed one transfer in their college career.

I think college football needs to put contract causes on NIL FOR mandatory participation in bowl games because the playoff and bowl games can’t survive if all the best players opt out all the time and marketing people aren’t going to keep paying big money if the players aren’t going be in the biggest games at the end of the year!

Destroy the NFL. With the NFL gone, college football will claim the throne of America's #1 sport! This would also stop star players from opting out of bowl games.

The transfer portal has gotten ridiculous...It used to be if you committed to a school it was for 4 years...I hate seeing top players leave a team because of a bad to mediocre season...I am still bitter over tootoo leaving I guess...I honestly liked the guy and to see him go to our most hated rival to play against his old team made me sick...But man oh man vengence was SWEET!
