My game plan?

Crush your enemies. See them flee before you. Hear the lamentation of the women. For at least 6 games :).

Offense:
QB:Ferguson or Dobbs/ Worley
RB: Lane/ Hurd/ Scott (ifwegethim)
WR/SE: Pearson/Malone
WR/FL: North/Croom/ J.Johnson
WR/SL: Pig/ Young/ Wharton
TE/FB:Wolfe/Helms/ Creamer/ Downs
LT: Blair/ Brown
LG: Jackson/ Sanders
C: Crowder/ Thomas
RG: Weisman/Pair
RT: Kerb/Raulerson

The TE position will have to make huge progress and be a huge focus point as they battle it out in the spring!!!

Defense:
SDE: Hendrix/J. Williams/ Mixon
DT: O. Wiiliams/ Carr
NT: Sauls/ OBrien
WDE: Veeren/ Lewis/ Miller
WLB: JRM/Weatherd/ Bates
MLB: AJ/King/ Bryant
SLB: Maggit/ Ell.Berry/ Bates
CB:Sutton/ R.Jones/ Payne
CB: Moseley or Gaulden/ L.Johnson
NB:Ev.Berry or Gaulden/Coleman
FS: Randolph/Tkjr/Mcneil
SS: Coleman/Mcdowell/Mcneil

Coleman is a good tackler and safety is a better position for him in my opinion, bc he's not great on 1on1 with recievers beating him deep, but would be better covering tight ends. Evan Berry is quick and fast and will be a total upgrade at the NB spot!!

Special Teams:
K:Medley
P:Darr
KR:Young/ Scott(ifwegethim)
PR:Young/Smith/ Wharton
Offensive Strategy: WE have many weapons and depth, Pass 61% of the time in an uptempo offense 24% of the 61% in pass should be a play action, dominate the line of scrimmage and get the ball to playmakers

Defensive Strategy: Force Turnovers/ Stunts (Blitz 48% of the time bc, we now have a secondary that can cover and defensive ends that can keep outside containment for mobile Quarterbacks)

If you notice mine is still blank. Well that's cause I'm no coach and I don't claim to be. I wouldn't know where to begin with putting this team on the field. I may come in here and give my opinion but I in no way complain, well if I do it's just cause I'm butthurt at the moment because of a outcome of a game or something, but I have complete faith in this staff (unlike the previous staff) that they will get the job done and the outcomes will begin to change and we will have more W's in the future the very near future. So good luck and go VOLS!

Here's my game plan:
Run the ball. Run The Ball, Run The Ball. When the defense starts cheating up, run a play action and throw it all around the field and make them chase the ball. Control the clock and TOP so our D can be rested..

Gp vs Utah State
Defensively, I would hate to see us run a bunch of base 4-3 stuff. The two high cover 2 stuff in my opinion sucks versus the spread attack. I would much rather get into a nickel set as base and play more 3-5 stuff or a monster 4-3 look like monte liked to do with eric berry. Our Corners could play man all day long on an island and get after them elsewhere. We have plenty of support versus the run and would have plenty of options for pressures.
Offensively vs the 4-3 you can get whatever you want if you read the zone read correctly. I think we could hit them big with a few early pulls to keep the backers and safeties honest and then mix it up with inside run and play action. Weakside power with a fullback could be good for us too if we get movement from the guard. Then I would run a play action vertical with a crack seam by the wide out. Easy, simple, imposing, and would wear them out physically and mentally by the fourth quarter. Then we keep doing it and cruise.

Damn right, I'm the coach.
Peterman starts wins the NC and the Heisman.
My statue will be right beside Neyland's if your kids want pics next to it.
