Yes, I mean to tell you EXACTLY that! FSU has wins against those ranked juggernauts such as:
Maryland, Clemson, Miami, and Duke
FSU hasn't even come CLOSE to playing a team the strength of Auburn this year.
AU has a loss to LSU when LSU ranked #6
AU beat Ole Sis, aTm, Alabama, Mizzou, and yes, AU did get a lucky break to beat UGA--but AU is without doubt a better team than UGA .
I'm NOT saying that FSU isn't a good team--just that the teams they have beaten are NOT very good Clemson would be at least a 4 loss team in the SEC .YOU say that beating marginal teams in a marginal conference demonstrates that FSU has no weaknesses .
I say hogwash--look at last year's ND TEAM .same story, different year--and FSU's defense isn't nearly as good as ND's defense last year.
Auburn will win this game against FSU--I say by 4 points .:salute:
There's still a little merit to it. This game is on another level from anything he's experienced. Maybe this kind of pressure is what would finally make him come back to earth?
It could, but he seems to have a lot of confidence. It's not like auburn's defense is a juggarnut so I don't really see him having a bad day.
High scoring ballgame. Bama's defense is probably better than FSU's, they didn't fair well. I'm going to say Auburn wins a close one. FSU does have over a month to prepare, not sure it will matter all that much.
Probably sets up for a good game. Much better than last year's mismatch. It will be entertaining to say the least.Saban should have just kicked that 30 yard field goal instead of going for It late in the fourth to make it a 31-21 lead. And if it wasn't for 2 screw ups from the alabama defense they would have held them to 21 points. Florida States defense probably is not as good as alabama but still top ten in the country, I see auburn scoring in the 24-38 range, nothing more, nothing less. Florida state has a slightly better and more explosive
Offense than alabama. I can see Florida state scoring in 35-56, nothing more
Or less.
I get that Auburn played in the best conference in football. That's fine. I'm also not going to ignore that they might be the single luckiest team I can recall seeing play football. Luck runs out eventually, sometimes at the hands of a team that has beaten opponents by 44 PPG in 2013
Also, Oregon's offensive line/team-wide size was always going to be way too much of an issue for them to win a title. FSU has neither of these problems.
