Les Miserables - X con with a gun....plus it's only 1 of 2 I've ever seen, so I'll give it a thumbs up.

Actually, come to think of it, I saw The Wizard of Oz on ice when I was little. Pretty good.

Looking forward to The Book of Mormon when it comes through on tour next year.

My sister saw it and partied with the creators after. She said it was awesome.

Tenacious D and the Pick of Destiny
The Blues Brothers

Saw The Producers when it was still on Broadway. Very few times have I laughed that hard in public.

Absolutely! I had no interest and thought that I wouldn't like musicals. Then I saw this... histerical!

Phantom of the Opera is a staple.

I also thought Wicked was very good.

So I actually do enjoy real musicals to some degree. I saw the first 30 minutes of The Producers movie and I couldn't take it. I'm assuming the play has to be light years better.

I never saw the movie. It came out after I saw the musical and I didn't think it would be nearly as good.

Does "The Blues Brothers" qualify as a musical?

I think thats the definition of a musical. That movie is great.

Pink Floyd's The Wall is pretty cool
