Kanye West and Lupe Fiasco - Touch the Sky
Amy Lee and Seether - Broken
Michael and Paul - Say, Say, Say (I once sang this song for 400 dollars)
Kanye West and John Mayer - Bittersweet

Yes, I have Kanye on there twice, but its more because of the people he's with than him himself, even if I like me some Ye

This is kind of an off on a tangent submission (and obviously very niche seasonally) but I've always thought the Bing Crosby/David Bowie Christmas cover of Little Drummer Boy is just really cool. I mean, who even thought that one up?

I heard Bowie didn't like the song selection for that collaboration because it didn't showcase his vocal ability enough. That's why there is an extra verse for Bowie to sing solo.

I guess this counts even though it was more of an impromptu jam session. On the Jimi Hendrix BBC Sessions album there are two tracks that Stevie Wonder played drums on. The inside jacket describes the session as a break when Mitch Mitchell got up to "go to the loo". Stevie Wonder happened to be in the studio and sat down at the drums. Thankfully someone had the wherewithal to turn the recording equipment back on.
