1st was my Freshman yr in high school...3 Doors Down with Shinedown and Tantric at the Mid South Collesium

i was at that show. I even spoke to the lead singer of Tantric after they performed. It was cool seeing him get up there and sing with 3 doors down for their last song 'Loser.'

Black Label Society should have been mainstage, Mythods/Godsmack/P.O.D./Static-X all suck.

QOTSA are great though, studio wise anyway, how where they in concert? Been listening to alot of them lately.

I went for one reason and that reason was to see Incubus.

I'm pretty sure it was one of(if not the last) the last shows there ever....Right?

I can only remember Shinedown opening, then Tantric, and finally 3DD....

I've had too many beers since then so I'm a little foggy on it :p I probably saw Seven Mary Three when they were there with Jerry Cantrell and Nickelback. I know Nickelback should never let Jerry Cantrell be their warm up band. They blew Nickelback off the stage. Wasn't even close.

The pic I posted of me was from May 09 so I'm a year and a half older now. Plus I usually use certain lotions and creams to make my facial skin appear younger although my smoking, heavy drinking, and drug use doesn't help a bit as far as looking younger. I'm a lot like Patrick Bateman except I don't murder people.

Sig material.

Had you listed Huey Lewis and the News as your first concert, it would have been perfection.

Loverboy w/ Joan Jett & the Blackhearts, I think it was '83. I would have been around 15.

it would have either been Randy Travis at Viking Hall, The Beach Boys or Dolly Parton and Kenny Rogers at Dollywood. Don't remember which came first. I remember seeing Tanya Tucker when I was little at Viking Hall as well and so many guys were trying to get on stage with her and flirting with her that they temporarily stopped the concert.

BTW, I saw Tantric open for Creed (yeah yeah, they're first album rocked so I went to the first show for their second album at Phillips Arena, let's not talk about how far downhill Creed went) and Tantric sucked. The opening band, a band called The Virgos was way better. Tantric was probably the worst live band I've ever seen.

The Osmonds - Nashville Municipal Auditorium 1972

I was 7 and went with my Mom, my aunt and (female) cousin. I made up for it in later years.
