Your Heisman Vote

Today was the first good game he's had all year. He has had a mediocre senior season up to this game, why would he win the heisman? Or were you being sarcastic.

i was impressed with heffney today until he made the bonehead move of shoving his hand into mcfadden's face. he should know better by now. he's a senior for crying out loud. he should act like it.

I'd give my vote to the Kansas QB. Just watched the highlight of their win over Oaky St on ESPN. The kid looks good. And leading Kansas to a 10-0 record. That should win anyone the hardware.

Funny how there is no real front runner for the Heisman on offense, but there are some real monsters on defense this year, kinda like in 97......But no-one is talking about making a defensive player a heisman this year.

Dorsey's name has been tossed about

I swear I'm not trying to start a riot with Michigan Heisman talk, but Manningham should be up there. Whenever they are in trouble to they just give him the ball. But if any Michigan receiver should have gotten it, Edwards should have made a great case in 2004.

Mike Hart should not be up there. He has great endurance, but he isn't a huge play back. He can run the little guys to death, but in big games, he is nowhere to be found.

McFadden was standing over Hefney's teammate taunting him......I expect every Vol to take up for their teammates.....what's wrong with that.....there was no flag cuz the official knew what was going on!!

If Michigan wouldn't have lost there first 2 games and if Hart had been healthy Mario and Mike both would be in the top 5. Hart is the 2nd best back in cfb. He will be a great player at the next level.

I disagree about Hart at the next level. He will maybe be a good, but not a great, player.

If a Defensive player deserves any votes it's Glenn Dorsey IMO. Selvie isn't the focal point of a defense the way Dorsey is.

I agree with everything else maybe Johnathan Stewart instead of Mendenhall but both deserve a little love.

I know he hasn't played great defenses this year, but he's really impressed me.
I can't see him averaging more than 3 yards per carry in the NFL. He turned it up some before he got hurt, but he is a lot like Chris Perry was a few years back.

Is he still leading the nation in sacks? He was at one point.

But Dorsey by himself makes LSU's defense 10 times better. The same can't be said for Selvie

Completely misread the post

Dorsey has a bit of a disadvantage being with such a talented group, but by watching a couple of times this year, he's really stood out to me. Dorsey is probably better and will have a better NFL career, but Selvie has been great this year for USF.

I think he is, but am not positive. I know it's a product of a system, but another guy I've been impressed with as a Freshman that could rewrite a few WR records is Michael Crabtree. You don't hear much about him on tv, but he has some phenominal numbers. Of coure, Mike Leach's system has a lot to do with that.

I think Dixon wins it, Tebag second, and the kid from Kansas if they can win out will start to get alot of looks to...
