When the world stopped turning 13 years ago, I was a 4th grader getting ready for school when the first tower got struck. Never heard a thing the rest of the day. I assume the teachers didn't want to cause a panic. When my mom picked me up, she said that both of the Twin Towers collapsed. It was hard to imagine.
