Judging by how he "guarded" Gabe Vincent in the first half and Reeves in the second, he didnt care about defense either.

The complete lack of effort on that end is concerning. For the most part, he is a passable defender when engaged. Tonight, he was wholly uninterested on that end of the court....

Pippen Jr was bad too tonight on that end.

I don’t want to be mean because everyone love the guys for some reason and he’s not a top 10 issue with this franchise, but it’s time to acknowledge vince williams is not an nba player

As we've seen with GiGi, you cant extrapolate stuff done on a crappy team to a better one.

Vince played with a lot of effort last year on a garbage team. Gets props for that. Effort is nice and good and like you've seen with Jitty, it gets you through the 2nd quarter of random Tuesday night game in January. But it's not for high leverage situations.

Vince dont look to be 100%, he's being put into higher leverage situations, and the team leader is showing no leadership or heart.

Vince is fine for the Jitty role. He can eat minutes in low leverage situations. There's value in that, especially at his salary. But the team needs to realize that's his ceiling on a really good team. He's a 9-11 on a good team...

I’m speaking at some level to his effort. Him throwing passes 6 feet in front of Pippen cross court as they get to half court is lazy and sloppy. Doesn’t value the basketball enough.

I dont see the same level of effort, especially defensively, as last year. Dont know if its because he got paid, injury, or just the current culture there...

If it's PRP (which I assume it is), I can see it not being an issue.

I got a PRP shot last year in my knee (partially torn ACL from 2009). It's made a huge difference. Of course I'm not doing Army stuff anymore (or playing in the NBA), but I've been impressed with it so far.

If you want to resign Santi, you are going to have to get off his deal if you want to max JJJ. Team aint paying the tax and has proved that with the salary dumps the past year...

You want to get him to the point where you can package him and a 2nd for a trash expiring contract....
