Zac Efron is Ted Bundy "Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile"

They didn’t even have a scene of the girl who escaped his attack. He starved himself to fit through the light in the ceiling for his second escape. Didn’t show his stalking or anything. This left out a ton.

It’s almost as if this was told from his perspective while he was still claiming his innocence.

I haven't seen this, but I like Efron as an actor.

I agree..over the years he has quietly and sneakily honed his craft to a very sharp edge.

Never followed a reddit thread but yeah I've read countless books on serial killers. I'll check it out. Ted Bundy is great because of the vast amount of info on him. Jack the Ripper is my favorite because I think it's the least likely to be solved. Smallest amount of evidence.

I will say this: one of 3 things happened with that f***ed up character. 1.) Moved away... 2.) Imprisoned for another crime... 3.) Died suddenly.

No one progresses that fast and then just stops cold turkey. It just doesn't happen. Had to have some anatomical knowledge to do all of that in near darkness as well. Some sort of butcher, medical charlatan or medical student would be my guess. Of course Whitechapel is by the docks, so some sort of sailor is an option. Maybe a sadistic ship doctor. Who knows? It's fun to speculate.

Look at the GSK/EARONS guy. He seemed to stopped cold turkey. He’s a WEIRD guy. His neighbors talking about him is crazy.

That's actually fascinating (thanks for sharing), but I did a little digging and the authenticity of the shawl is in quite a bit of doubt from some reputable people. But a misogynistic person is definitely symptom number one of a guy like Jack the Ripper. So I think it somewhat fits considering this guy was institutionalized not long after the murders. I was familiar with him (Kosminski) but never thought he fit based on his lack of constitution. That's the difficult part with stuff back then, is the records and evidence are so haphazard. And people nowadays are willing to do almost anything for a quick buck. Makes you wonder when morality suddenly went by the wayside just to make some money.

I will look him up. I've never heard of one just stopping cold turkey. If one did, it would have to be early. Give me a few days to explore his backstory and I'll get back to you. I'm glad someone else shares my fascination with these twisted individuals. Still haven't watched the movie, but I will.

I’m fascinated by serial killer as well. The Zodiac is the one I’m most interested in. I hope that case is solved with advanced DNA testing within my lifetime.
