According to that link I put up it doesn't make much difference with newer cars. I'll need to look and see if Acura recommends or prefers premium gas.

No, because I already know what will happen. The knock sensor will retard the timing, robbing you of power and fuel economy. Using cheaper fuel and getting lower fuel economy probably comes pretty close to cancelling out, so why risk harm to your motor, even if the risk is small?
