Prediction on what will be said:

VolNation can and should expect the best and I can assure you that's what they will get with the result of this search. Tennessee is a special place and deserves a special individual to be entrusted with the program's future success. This individual hire will be more about fit than flash. That will be key in getting this program back to where it belongs. We will get there but it is process."

Dooley is hired as the personal hygiene specialist and Lane Kiffin to run the hostess program. Still no news on OC but coming up!

next question is about oc opportunity at UT, after reflection tell me where you are?
outside wants to look at hot names, we want to look at fit, knowledge that can coach multiple positions, family, environment, energy and no overhaul offensively

That's because he's not going to use DeBord's system.

Any OC he brings in will use the current system. That's why current OCs probably aren't viable candidates, IMO. Not many will throw their playbooks in the trash to come here.

how do find right young guys to help coach? like Grad assistants
Give them tasks, teach them about the coaching profession,
teach them to get better every year

Butch was asked if he has any mentors. He did mention Rich Rod, DeBord and even Gruden. Said he has also talked with Fulmer, Manning and Gruden about this job opening
