Pure ignorance on your part bro.

Racial patterns

A database collected by The Guardian concluded that 1093 people in 2016 were killed by the police. The rate of fatal police shootings per million was 10.13 for Native Americans, 6.6 for Black people, 3.23 for Hispanics; 2.9 for White people and 1.17 for Asians. The database showed by total that white people, who make up 62% of the US population, were most frequently killed by police than any other race or ethnicity. According to the Washington Post database of police shootings, African Americans are 2.5 times as likely to be killed by a police officer than white people.[31][32] A 2015 study found that unarmed blacks were 3.49 times more likely to be shot by police than were unarmed whites.[33] Another study published in 2016 concluded that the mortality rate of legal interventions among Black and Hispanic people was 2.8 and 1.7 times higher than that among White people. Another 2015 study concluded that black people were 2.8 times more likely to be killed by police than whites. They also concluded that black people were more likely to be unarmed than white people who were in turn more likely to be unarmed than Hispanic people shot by the police.[34][35] A 2018 study in the American Journal of Public Health found the mortality rate by police per 100,000 was 1.9 to 2.4 for black men, 0.8 to 1.2 for Hispanic men and 0.6 to 0.7 for white men.[36]

Monty doesnt understand facts, just emotional talking points with no facts backing.

Personally, I don't give a flip which side of this issue you are on. This kind of crap is not "protest" or "a cry of the voiceless." It is barbarism, pure and simple.

College Football Hall of Fame damaged, looted during protests in Atlanta

Note that there are several Tennessee players and coaches enshrined there. Neyland, Johnny Majors (player and coach), and Philip Fulmer, are there just to name a few.

We visited the museum back when it was in South Bend.

There is an element of our society that look for a reason to "riot". to call it rioting is somewhat a misuse of the term. It is simply using social unrest in the guise of a riot to plunder and steal. This latest is a case in point. Cities other than Minneapolis have police problems like this latest quite often. They may have some "unrest" locally but it hardly ever spills to other cities. (that is unless the press gets involved as it has this incident). By their actions, for lack of having anything other than C-19, and because it is cheap for them to cover, the press has a big responsibility for the spread of this unrest/thievery. The use of force is the only way to handle this problem. It is the only thing these people will understand. Bye the way, I have noticed these unrest-ed souls are most all wearing masks. Guess they are really caring about the spread of C-19 or could it be to cover their lovely faces?

Still doesnt change the fact cops kill more White people than blacks, which is exactly what I said and is 100% fact. Whites also commit more crime, except for murder. Blacks win that one. Congrats.

If you for some reason seem more prone to something bad happening to you than another person, maybe it's time to consider that you're the problem.

It still doesn't look good that a white cop knelt on a lifeless body for 3 minutes post death. It's a symbol of what af am believe to be a common theme. Take in the last month, 3 af am died for no reason. I think it's been built up. And freaking chauvins smirk of just grinding down on dudes neck was a tipping point.

We are past that. Unfortunately people are no longer looking at that, this is about anarchy and destruction of democracy. If it was about justice for George Floyd then you have almost unanimous consent from the country that the video was horrific. There was also a bigger conversation about it as well. What we are seeing now is unacceptable and neighborhoods are being destroyed by the criminal activity. The rallys/protests have lost the support of sane Americans.

It sucks. Change is needed in this country. We need unity. Instead all we are getting from our "leaders" is more divisiveness. It's an ugly time in America right now.

We have always needed unity. From the very beginning of our march for independence and even before. The only time I can recall "us" being united was during WW2. One of our strong points is our ability to disagree. With the press stirring the pot to serve the lining of pockets of company ownership, things have started to get out of hand. At some point we will have something/some other country step on our toes hard enough to make us come together as "one" once again. I hate to say it, but if that doesn't happen we will do as some communist leader and destroy ourselves from within. Hope it's after football season.

I am sorta feed up with caucasian liberals stoking the seeds of anarchy. That is why the liberal beacon of hope, CNN, was getting destroyed last night. When you spark victimization you become a victim.

It actually started as a peaceful protest.

Starting at 3pm, there were thousands of people chanting and marching through downtown, from Centennial Park. This lasted until 5:30 or so, as planned. Note the reminder in the post below.

After that, individual knuckleheads - largely from out of town it seems - started deliberately provoking the police, breaking sh*t, and stealing sh*t. I don’t know if it was closely coordinated across cities or what, but there were definitely some professional Anti-fa types involved.

Make no mistake, by whomever coordinated (if at all) these arsehats were not protesting ANYTHING. The second wave was intent on nothing but property destruction and war with the government. They deserve every ounce of teargas, every beanbag, and every nightstick thump they got.

The Mayor and Governor appear to have responded exactly as they should have, which says a lot given their ideological differences.

Interesting times, friends. November should be fun.
All I will say and that’ll be it. But the video I saw of the looting at the Target in Minneapolis was not Antifa.

Meh, there were a LOT of white kids out there last night throwing rocks in Atlanta.

Looked like the crowd at a Post Malone show.

All you need to remember about White democrats, especially the male ones, is that they williningly belong to a group who openly states their hate and disgust of them. It's like being black and joining the KKK.

There has to be law and order, but the looting/shooting tweet yesterday was stupid.

The looting/shooting quote has serious racial historical overtones (quoted from a racist Miami police chief dealing with race issues) plus using THUG, which is a code word.

Trump is trying to inflame to get COVID 19 out of the news cycle and it's worked. The protestors took the bait.
