Terrible loss, my sympathies go out to his family. This is of course a huge loss to the VolNation family as well. Rest in peace Reggie.

Yup, that was Charles McRae. We need more like him on our line.
Everyone remembers the McRae block on that play but also look at what the FB (Poles?) does to their OLB... We played big boy, road grader, smash mouth ball that year and served pancakes for dinner. Cobb had 225 yards rushing that day and Webb had 118.

I really hate to hear about this... he was way too young. Prayers for the family. RIP.

OMG, that unfolded right in front of me, I was sitting in that endzone, on that side.

Same here! Awesome to watch. Ran on to the field after that game. This is very sad news. Prayers for his family.

Reggie was a full grown F'n man when he was as UT.

The first bad ass RB I ever saw at UT.

A man learns as he gets older that its important to live a life to be proud of.

I'd sure be happy to know I shined at UT,then played in the NFL,and after that was fortunate enough to be a coach.

Hell of a life Reggie.

Rest in peace.

Us old hands remember Reggie's vices though and one cant help but think about that when you see what he died from and at a younger than normal age.
