Will we lose a game in 2024? Most of us would say yes, eventually. We will. A few might say no, though.

And how far will we go without an L?

I'm thinking a long, glorious 9 win streak. Not counting on it, we could slip up anywhere prior, but believe it's entirely possible. Go to Athens undefeated. Would be a blast.

Go Vols!

I've got 9-0 going into jawga, but to me that's totally dependent on beating OU in Norman. That game's gonna have storylines; OU's intro to SEC, Heup's return, Nico's first SEC start... If we look good there, then the dogs are the only team in the conference (and only like one of two in the nation) that can run with us. However if we go in there and the oline doesn't give Nico the time he needs and he gets flustered, or we get shut down with a one deep rb room, or our secondary play doesn't improve... Then I think we're in for our floor of 9-3 and we're still on the outside of the cfp.

IF we get past OK with a win have a good chance to go into Bama game undefeated. That will be a tough one to win but at home a good chance. Thinking the FL curse can be beaten this season. Think GA is still a loss.

Oklahoma is the big question

We get past them, we will be undefeated going into the Bama game

Sooners get us, then the Gators might get us also and I really, really don't wanna see that happen

Watch something stupid happen like we lose to NC State then beat Georgia in a miracle. Team could be a playoff team but they can just as easily drop an easy game. Think this team does get better as the season progresses.

I don't really get where the OU fear is coming from. Yeah we're on the road with a young QB, but he does have a good supporting cast. Meanwhile, OU is breaking in a new starting OL with Pearce & Company coming to town. Not sure u want your OL learning on the job vs one of the most violent fronts in college football. I would never wish injury on ANY player but I have a hard time seeing OU's QB making it through the entire game.

Venables is a really good defensive coach. He will more than likely be better this year. They also have more talent than we do.

The story line the SEC replay office wants is my big concern going to OKC…IMG_6941.gif

Venables is a really good defensive coordinator and Heupel is a really good offensive coach. How do they have more talent than us when they were just a 7 win team 2 years ago? You're talking like they're rolling out 50 All Americans. We have just as much talent as they do if not more

That’s my prediction as well. Very, very disappointing year.
Lol doom and gloom man just enjoy the show we about to enter the new era of college football back on top… Nico and heup with a nasty front 7 that’s deep and a good OL… I know in the past we’ve had lame coaches that found ways to lose… CJH is a true winner that has truly built a winning culture and knows what it takes to win at a championship level as a player and coach… this ain’t the old UT this honestly is unlike anything we’ve ever had and I can’t wait for the season…

Similar to our 2022 season. We looked pretty shaky in the beginning. Almost blew the game against UF, and had an awful start against Pitt that we ended up turning around. Got better and better as the season went

Inexperienced QB in his first true road game and Heupel's teams haven't played well in these type of games.

We'll need everything to go our way to win that game.
