Those are pretty mean when they get mad. I've never been attacked by them, but my brother push-mowed over a nest when we were kids and they lit him up pretty good.

There are some pretty nasty looking wasps flying around my trucks. One of them is bright red, like it's glowing. I usually don't pay attention to them, but this guy has dive bombed my forehead about 3-4 times so far. It's just a matter of time before he buries a stinger right between my eyes. . .
