This is why I hurt so much for Barnes. The man who goes about the game and his life the right way just can’t get the break. Meanwhile cheaters, liars and overall scum continue to get rewarded. I’ll take the Barnes run over the Pearl AU run because unlike Auburn and their pathetic win at all cost mentality, UT actually has a program to be proud of and not just a team that wins. A “program” encompasses more than the results on the court, its the development of young people athletically, academically, spiritually, morally, charitably etc. Barnes programs oozes all of that, Pearl’s once in a lifetime team is the antithesis of that.

Thanks for the details. My comment wasn’t really about the Bruce scandal. Just that the good ones (Barnes) often finish behind those that are a little dirty. On earth that is.

Yeah especially CB-M and his never ending flops. But the replay of Broome’s elbow flexing made MY arm hurt. I’m sure he was legit concerned he was jacked-up.
