‘18 CA CB Isaac Taylor-Stuart (USC signee)

That’s why I said big surprise. If we miss Griffin and ITS I guess we strike out at the biggest position of need on defense

Yes. BUT.

Looking at our roster.

Byrd
Jackson (FS)
Osborne
Lebruzza
Shamburger

Were all highly scouted and recruited prospects at CB.
Jackson has been mentioned with having CB ability.

Campbell
Isaac
Griffin are all starters if they come. But if we miss out.

We have sone talent there that needs to get its chance to develop.

2019 has some very good CB prospects as well. Especially in GA and AL

Kinda got a good one right here in-State too

For sure. Guy is so negative lately. A Cali kid both parents that live in different cities this late is dead serious about hoping to find a match

Hubbs to me has always been a conservative whine ass ,what he forgets to realize is people pay for his opinions and what he knows or feels like the recruit will choose to do because of the personal access he has with that recruit! Not to hear him be a conservative Debbie downer because he doesn’t wanna say what he thinks at a certain point it’s annoying

Does anyone know where Maleik Gray fits in the secondary rotation going forward?

safety i think.

Wouldn't be surprised if Pruitt puts him at corner with his size at 6'2". Pruitt likes those big corners. Or put some weight on him and see what he can do at LB. All speculation of course but i remember everyone was happy we snagged him last year and now hes the forgotten one.

i think there was some speculation when he was being recruited about a possible move to LB. i don't see that happening, but jmo.

and big fast guys can make good safeties too....

just speculation, but i think he is likely a safety, and will probably be pretty good. hope he gets to see the field some this season.

Strictly safety..when he was recruited I never seen anyone rave about him him being able to play CB but a lot of people on here was constantly talking about his stock dropping towards the end of his recruitment, reason being the lack of opposing talent so it will be interesting to say the least! De1conley is the guy you need to ask,he usually has a good inside take on TN kids

Yeah, but we are not the only victims of this kind of event. It happens to everyone, even Alabama has had someone bolt just before signing. After all, we are talking about 17 year olds making a life decision and then having second thoughts.

I know, but the difference is, Bama can afford for that to happen to them. They are loaded. We don't have that luxury
