four-star cornerback isaac taylor-stuart of la mesa, calif., was the headliner among tennessee’s weekend visitors, and while the vols once were thought to be a long shot to land him, they now seem to have given themselves at least an outside chance at pulling off the upset leading up to signing day. Taylor-stuart always has been intrigued by the opportunity to play in the sec, as evidenced by sec schools getting three of his four official visits. Sources have indicated that usc still should viewed as the favorite for now, and it still would be an upset if tennessee manages to land him. But the vols have made themselves legitimate contenders. His final decision will come down to usc, tennessee and alabama, with texas a&m no longer a factor.

That last interview video I saw as he and his family were leaving Knoxville ITS emphasized that Bama was one of his SEC finalists, and he didn't mention TAMU. He brought up Bama himself, and I got the feeling that he was considering Bama very much. Now whether Bama will have room for him is another matter.
