‘18 CA CB Isaac Taylor-Stuart (USC signee)

Like most prospects (Coynis Miller notwithstanding), Isaac Taylor-Stuart had a fantastic OV. Tennessee is a legitimate threat here, as the 5-star CB prefers to play in the SEC and was impressed with Pruitt and Fair's ability to develop and coach DBs. A new development here as well is the fact that USC may have a numbers crunch. I wasn't aware of this information until Sunday night, but now Farrell and others have reported it. How will this impact ITS? He already had limited options. Alabama can't be discounted because that was once his top school and his favorite position coach from Texas A&M is now with the Tide. But like USC, it also has a numbers issue — one Tennessee could benefit from.

Sounds like.."Tennessee may end up with him, but it is only because nobody else wants him that bad"

I don't know if that is Simontons meaning, but it sure sounds like it.

Here's a few things, if he signs with Tennessee, you beat out USC who is in hot persuit, regardless of the numbers, he is guaranteed a spot if he commits. Full court press at his home visit, with all the staff spending most of the day at his home, and his father's Dojo.

You get him, you just smacked USC for a recruit they really want.

What’s your opinion on the numbers crunch at USC? It seems like this came out of left field. How many more do you think y’all can take?
