Maybe I'm just cynical, but kids like to have their moment and make their announcement a big deal. Seems more likely that he would wear the UT shirt in the morning and then announce for another school later in the afternoon. Not sure why you'd wear the shirt in the morning, post a photo of it, and then commit to that school later.

IMO he's just trying to create excitement and "shock and awe" about committing to the home school right down the road. Hope I'm wrong.

In the eyes of most, him signing with a school other than USC would be "shock and awe."
