I have yet to see proof that our staff is getting rolled today. Especially when Walker was the only guy we missed out on so far that we had a great shot at. Grant has been gone and was recruited as an athlete and not set as a high priority. If we miss out on the last 7 guys we are in on then I would be worried.

He cares about the Vols kinda like I care about the Titans. I root for them because I have nothing else to really root for.

Nice to see common sense still applies with some folks. Considering where our class was at when Pruitt got here I don't see how anyone can be faulting Pruitt or the staff. This staff knows what type of player they have to recruit and develop. This isn't a bad class at all, and we still aren't done for the day. I am more curious about how we develop our players. I have no concerns about this staffs ability to recruit. I think you will see that up close and personal next year for sure. The future is bright. GBO!!!!

Real talk here: We all love Tennessee but it's a train wreck that's on fire. Pruitt maybe the guy for the job but he has to put out the flames and get this thing back on track and that isn't happening overnight. A lot kids genuinely like Tennessee, genuinely like Pruitt and the staff BUT when a coach like Saban or Smart or hell even Clay Helton sits down in your living room and says this is our program NOW right NOW versus where Tennessee is. Well it's not really a decision unless a kid has Tennessee ties. We all believe Tennessee is headed in a better direction but we're not close to where Georgia, Bama, or USC even are currently.

I just want everyone to really take solace in the fact that we do finally have a staff that should be able to develop players though. No matter how much talent Butch brought in we were never going anywhere.

Thank you! Considering what JP walked into its a small miracle we have gotten the guys we have so far. This staff is definitely gonna recruit year in and out. That's not even a tiny worry.Im like you, I'm more curious how well the guys we have now buy in and develop until our staff. And can JP transition his elite defensive coaching into being a great HC. How does he handle not having a championship team right off the bat? That's what I'm more focused on that recruiting. We will recruit at a whole different level that we haven't seen since Fulmer's glory years.

Probably not a good sign that Pruitt is having a news conference at 4pm and ITS announces at 515
