‘18 CA OL Grad Transfer Dwayne Wallace

I've seen conflicting answers to this - if we get this guy as a grad transfer, does he count against the 25 for this class? TIA.

Grad transfers do not count against the 25, only against the 85 limit.

We have Smith, Tatum, Richmond, Calbert, and Brooks outside. We have Johnson, Locklear, Lane, and ??? Inside. I maybe missing some.

Not having interior guys is abnormal thing. Schools recruit far more tackles than guards and then move failed guards to tackle.

But, yeah we do need more bodies and a center. Who will play center?

Exiting spring practice, Wallace was firmly entrenched as Cal’s starting right guard.

YES! And will probably make things official by Monday at the latest. (I hope)

Johncarlo, Wallace and Carvin could all very possibly commit this weekend and sign next week. Would be icing on our o lines cake to sign Johnson as well (Johncarlos HS teammate)

We get those three guys and we are going to be much improved. Friend is a helluva OL coach, which we haven’t seen since Pittman. Pruitt is like Kiffin I. The fact that he wants to win now. And we have enough talent returning that is we add some in key spots we can be a good football team
