‘18 GA WR Jordan Young (FSU signee)

He could be Julian Edelman's twin brother. The only difference is their age. Other than that, they could be twins.

And speed. If they were the same age and speed, they'd be twins.

They are different physically, but other than age, speed and size, they're the same.

Color, too. But if they were the same age, speed, size and color, they're identical.

I have a pair of pants just like that. Except they're blue, have stripes and are shorts.

I haven't posted in 3 months but I had to respond to this one. Well done!

Rivals guys have said before they won't change anyone's rank purely on film. They have to see in person before they will go 4/5 star level

Apparently they thought it was OK to give him a 5.6 based on video only. So it's all right for a mediocre or bad score, but not a good one?

I don't understand. Young had a composite of 0.8898 before ESPN ranked him. When they give him a 4* he drops to 0.8891.

They've been revising scores over the past week or so. I didn't notice if they changed his composite before the ESPN rank. Did you?

What hurts your composite more, not being ranked by Rivals or having a low rating? That could be it.

When he had the 0.8898 (composite cutoff for 4 star is 0.89), he was ranked by 247 and Rivals. ESPN was the only one left. When they ranked him a 4*, his composite dropped. It doesn't really matter. It's easy to see he is 4 star talent.

He immediately steps in as the fourth highest ranked WR on our roster behind Callaway, Taylor, and Jennings.

The composite doesn't care about the actual scores (ratings) assigned by the other services, only the relative rankings (i.e. #29 in the country). It averages those rankings and then assigns a rating based on the average ranking. If his composite rating dropped, its because someone ranked higher than him.

Aka, pay our camp fees if you want stars from us.

Well doesn’t sound like a bad investment if you’re a borderline college FB talent.

1) Pay camp fees (idk how much? Assume 300-500 dollars for camp)

2) Don’t fall over yourself at the camp and get a decent 3 star rating.

3) Get recruited (wined, dined, and girled all over on your free visits)

4) Sign a LOI with the college of your choice and a free ride (50k-100k value over the next 4 years)
