I noticed that 247 had Mashack listed as a small forward, whereas Rivals had him listed as a shooting guard. The News-Sentinel also listed him as a SF, getting their info from 247.
Team rankings on the two recruiting sites differ a great deal as well. Rivals has the Vols up to 9th in the rankings, but 247 has us at 19th, one spot behind Kansas.

14th from what I’m seeing, 247’s formula puts a lot of stock in number of players not just rating iirc...
