White Coats for Black Lives (WC4BL), a radical socialist organization of doctors and medical students, is succeeding in its mission to racialize the practice of medicine, believing that the “dominant medical practice in the United States has been built on the dehumanization and exploitation of Black people.”

With at least 75 chapters at medical schools across the country, WC5BL seeks to radically redefine the practice of medicine in the United States, as it advocated “prioritizing” black patients over other patients and “unlearning toxic medical knowledge and relearning medical care that centers the needs of Black people and communities,” according to its 16-page missive. [Emphasis added].

Furthermore, the organization believes “whiteness is an invented political tool created through violence in the service of establishing domination,” “whiteness has been historically used as a violent means for stealing lives,” and “racism, capitalism, and white supremacy are interdependent systems which lead to the particular dehumanization, exploitation, and murder of Black people.”

Well, we now know who will be the "poor" doctors in the near future.

Is anyone willing to have an in depth, data driven, multifaceted discussion on what is driving The formations of these groups?

Instead of multifaceted, how about boil it down to the major catalyst?

Sure.
But if the goal is to prioritize patients based on race, as the group intends to do, I don’t see how this isn’t exactly what they are protesting.

We prioritize patients based on medical needs. Full stop.

An over correction just leaves you in a ditch. Maybe on the other side of the road. But a ditch nonetheless.

With part of their mission statement being “prioritizing” one group of patients over all others, the discussion of all the minutiae is irrelevant if they’re transgressing over the Hippocratic oath…including “First, do no harm.”

And what do you believe is the major catalyst?
I have no idea. You wanted to have the discussion, I'm just not wanting this "multifaceted" angle because that leaves it open to running off into tangents.

Sure there's truth to it. The problem is no one wants to address why the bias exists. They just want to shout racist. Same bias exists for poor fat white. people.
You aren’t wrong. Rural medicine is a thing. The state has to incentivize Doctors to practice in those areas. Stubborn patients. No one wants to live there.

Fat white dude with a Trump hat on and Hardee’s gravy on his shirt sends the Residents running lol.

Why does the state have to do it? New car lots aren’t in rural areas but people can find a new car dealership when they want one.

Having read the formational documentation for this group, I now agree with @Rasputin_Vol that there's no need for a multifaceted discussion. I believe anyone who reads the word salad of a document available on their website will come to the conclusion that their aim is not improving access and treatment for BiPOC but seeing how many buzzword boxes they can tick in the process.

Their plan is not for a social democratic solution that is compatible with capitalism and American principles but a completely classical socialist system that has been proven time and time again to fail.

You should attend a Rural Area Medical event sometime. Talk to the people who come down from the mountains and in from the holler about why they show up to Jefferson Co High School once a year instead of regularly visiting town for doctor visits. Learn straight from the horse's mouth.

No better way to understand than to imbed.
