The starting 11 for Tennessee SC.

Disappointed that none of the LV’s made the squad for tonight’s match, maybe it’s interfering with UT practice. Wonder if they were to make it to the finals, would some of the Lady Vols be able to make the trip?

#32 Ally Zazzara

IMG_9217.jpeg

We had Ally at number 35 a few days ago, which she wore her first two years, 2021 & 2022.
I’m assuming she switched to 32 when it became available because that’s the number she wore in High School playing basketball. She was a great basketball player as well as soccer.

We all remember that amazing game she had against Xavier in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.

On her recent trip to South Africa with Vol Leaders

Big match today for LVFL Coach Rhian Wilkinson.

The Welsh women's football team will face Kosovo in their final match in the Euro 2025 qualifying rounds tonight (Tuesday, July 16).

A draw would be enough for Rhian Wilkinson's team to finish top of Group B4.

This means that Wales will avoid playing against some of the strongest teams in the semi-final of the second chance games.

It will also ensure that Wales return to the top tier of the Nations League for the 2025-26 season.

Congrats, it’s official. Good Luck!

IMG_9292.png

Carlyn Baldwin will return to Torres Vedras in 2024/25. According to what zerozero was able to find out, the North American player will return to Torreense , which she represented in 2021/22, after ending her connection with SC Braga. The defensive midfielder has been in Portugal since 2017, when he arrived to reinforce Sporting CP. After four seasons with the Lionesses, Baldwin moved to Torres Vedras and from there moved on to SL Benfica, Damaiense and, more recently, SC Braga. Last season, the 28-year-old played 30 games for the Arsenalistas, scoring two goals. Her future now involves a return to Manuel Marques' club.

Why isn’t the university doing more to promote our players? Fans are wanting merchandise and what UT is putting out is minuscule and embarrassing.

Look at our recent transfer to Florida, Emma Duval and what she has out already.

It's so true! It's also why I only give to the BoostHer Club, aside from the required donations to have our Lady Vols bball tickets. I'm very unimpressed with the investment in women's sports broadly, particularly soccer where Joe Kirt doesnt even hold press conferences, relative to other schools.

Edit to add: we fight about this all the time in my house 😂
